NPO法人リビング・オール・トゥギャザーは、カンボジアをはじめとしたアジア諸国で、教育・障害者・貧困問題などの分野で支援活動を、さらには文化交流などを行ってきた仲間たちが集まって作った組織です。
私たちは、多くのアジアの仲間たちと接する中で、たくさんの学びを得ました。貧しくても夢を持ち、明日に向かって一生懸命学んでいる子供たち。この社会をもっと素晴らしいものにしようと頑張っている人々。
私たちはそうした人々との交流の中で、「一緒に生きる」喜びを知りました。
「みんな一緒だから楽しい」、だからみんな一緒に生きるために、できる限りのことをしたい。
それが、私たちの合言葉です。
NPO Living All Together was founded by friends who work on supporting activities such as education, disability, and poverty, and cultural exchange in Cambodia and other Asian countries.
We learned a lot from our many Asian friends.
Children who are poor but have dreams and study hard for the future, and people who work hard to make this society a better place.
Through our encounters with them, we learned the joy of "living together."
We all feel happy because we are together, and we want to do whatever we can to live together.
That is our motto.

カンボジアをはじめとしたアジア諸国で国際協力活動を行っていた仲間たちが集まり、2023年5月ＮＰＯ法人リビング・オール・トゥギャザーを設立しました。
私たちは、アジアの一員として、アジアの人々と「共に生きる」をモットーに活動することを誓い、リビング・オール・トゥギャザーという組織名にしました。
「共に生きる」とは、文字通り互いに力を合わせながら、共に素晴らしい未来づくりに参加していくことです。
私たちは、そのために自分たちができることをしっかりと行い、共に生きるためのアジアのネットワークを作り上げていきたいと考えています。
In May 2023, friends who were involved in international cooperation activities in Cambodia and other Asian countries came together to establish the NPO Living All Together.
As members of Asia, we have pledged to cooperate with the people of Asia with the motto of "living together," and to reflect this pledge, we have named this organization "Living All Together."
“Living together” means working together to create a wonderful future together.
To achieve this purpose, we would like to do everything we can to build an Asian network for living together.

写真は、2022年の教師研修のために作成した教材の一部です。この教材はプレゼンテーションソフト（マイクロソフトのパワーポイント）で教材を作成するための初歩的な研修用のものです。
私たちは、カンボジアの教師がこれを使って教材作成手法を覚え、そしてそのノウハウをさらに別の教師たちに伝えていくことを目指しています。
The above photo is part of the teaching materials created for the 2022 teacher training. This teaching material is for basic training in creating teaching materials using presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint). Our goal is for Cambodian teachers to not only learn how to create teaching materials using this material, but also to pass on this method to other teachers.

魚を与えるのではなく、魚の取り方を教えよ

これは、老子の格言だと言われています。
これまでの国際協力活動は、ともすれば物品や箱もの提供が中心で、使われない建築物が散見されたり、埃をかぶった使われない物品が倉庫に眠っているといった事例が多々あると言われています。
私たちは、この格言が語っているように、一日の糧をあげるのではなく、未来につながるノウハウを共有し、共に生きていく世界を目指そうと考えています。

In the past, international cooperation focused on providing materials. As a result, there are many buildings and objects that are no longer in use. In response to this current situation, we would like to do the following: As Lao Tzu's saying goes, We don't want to provide one day's bread, but rather share ways to earn it. Through these activities, we aim to create a world where we can live together.

2023年5月6日、私たちは新たな仲間を得て12人でNPO法人を発足させました。
この仲間が私たちの核になっています。
しかし、私たちの活動を支えるのはこの12人だけではありません。
日本国内では、教育学の専門家、教育現場で実際に教鞭をとる教師、障害者福祉の専門家や現場で活動するエキスパートたち、さらには様々な立場で私たちの活動を支えてくれる人々がいます。
また、カンボジアでは教育関係や農業関係の政府高官、大学で教育・言語などの分野で活躍する教員たち。地域の教育委員会の幹部や学校の校長、教師たち。さらにはカンボジアの障害者問題に取り組む、様々な人々。
フィリピンでは、貧しい人たちを救うために活動している教会関係者など。
アジアの様々な人々が、私たちと共に素晴らしい未来を作ろうと活動しています。
On May 6, 2023, we started a non-profit organization with 12 new friends.
These friends are the core of our organization.
However, there are many other people who support our activities.
In Japan, there are people who support our activities in various capacities, such as education experts, teachers currently working, experts in welfare for people with disabilities, experts working in welfare fields, and others.
In Cambodia, there are government officials involved in education and agriculture, university teachers in education and linguistics, executives from local boards of education, school principals, and teachers. There are also various people who aim to improve the problems faced by people with disabilities in Cambodia.
In the Philippines, there are church officials working to help the poor.
As mentioned above, various people in Asia are working together with us to build a wonderful future.
